 | Optosplit II und Optosplit III sind optische Bildteiler der Fa. CAIRN Research. Der Bildteiler projeziert zwei oder drei Fluoreszenz-Farbbilder nebeneinander auf einen Kamerasensor. Damit wird bei schnellem Calcium-Ratio, FRET-Anwendungen, STORM, PALM oder FCS die Fluoreszenz von zwei bis drei Fluophoren exakt zeitgleich (nebeneinander) auf den Kamerasensor abgebildet und aufgenommen. Andere Anwendungen dafür sind Dual-Foki oder Anisotropy Messungen.
